After a chat tonight and in regards to the post 'Investment Opportunity' for the Pub side https://bit.ly/3eIzeH3 , we have a long way to go in upgrading the Pub Ship, not only for the extra rooms but Guild ship perks we are missing out on. This not only helps Pub side but new cadet's getting Makeb Guild Armor as well as more conquest rewards for everyone. With all this said, I was made aware of the Conquest Commanders and Veteran Battlemasters that drop Encryptions and even Frameworks (50 encryptions). With some help on directions, I would like to host an event (Vev Squad hosted?) to gather as many as possible. For the first unlock we need 4 Logistic Frameworks or 200 Logistic Encryptions.
Some information on this (may be outdated or inaccurate). Feel free to directly change or comment with corrections! - Ideally, we want to get at least 8 players to kill the Named Commanders (5.1 Million HP) - The Battlemasters can be killed with 3-4 players (839k HP)
- Named Commanders (Champions) have a higher chance to drop Frameworks (50 encryptions)
- Everyone involved in the kill will likely get a guaranteed Encryption Drop -Commanders have a 3 hour respawn and Named Commanders have shield buff for 6 hours | this can be removed by the Starship Flyby (cost 1 Dark Project and Guild must own the planet). -Commanders are in enemy territory and therefore flag you for PvP

Do you happen to know if the ones with a shield buff can still be killed, or do you have to remove the shield to fight them first?
They can, you just have to wait the 6 hours for the shield to go off. This gives a huge advantage to the guild who owns that planet for the week as they can remove the shield whenever.
